We charge shipping costs starting at €5.99 (up to 3 kg) and €19.99 for orders over 3 kg. (Standard delivery time: 5-7 days)

We charge a flat shipping fee starting at €9.90 (up to 3 kg) and €29.99 for orders over 3 kg. (Express delivery: 3-5 days)

We calculate shipping costs abroad as a flat rate as follows:

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes place within 5-7 days, and for deliveries abroad within 5-7 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed prepayment, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

If you choose self-collection, we will inform you by email when your order is ready and provide details on collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Further details regarding payment

When paying by SEPA direct debit, you authorize us, by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate, to collect the invoice amount from the specified account.
You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the direct debit payment date. Please note that you are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available in your account on the notified date.

When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
